LocalizeTip is a freely distributed tool for localizing the tip of a fish, implemented as a plugin to CellProfiler.
The plugin is distributed together with a CellProfiler pipeline where it is used to measure the tail intensity.
This software was developed at the Centre for Image Analysis, Uppsala University.
