since the allocation of marks to projects will be partly via demonstrations in the lab sessions I need to allocate teams to presentation slots in the available lab time.

I have been very general in the form for this, and each time period shown on the form is for two hours. If your team can only be there for a certain time period please note that in the reasons box.

All evaluations will be conducted in 15 minute slots. So when specifying times when you are available please specify 15 minute blocks begining on the hour.
