Hello, when I reported a piece of spam advertising "desktop stickers"
to SpamCop.Net, I was presented with the following:

   Found link:http://www.desctopsticker.net/
   ISP believes this issue is resolved http://www.desctopsticker.net/  
   ISP has already taken action against the
   account:http://www.desctopsticker.net/ sometime after no date
   available

Looking at the website itself, it seems nothing has changed:

   Q: Sounds great, now how do I purchase DekstopSticker?
   A: Go to Buy section. It explains the procedure and links to the
   billing system. Once you register you get all the upgrades for free
   and can even get your money back spreading a word about us.

The server www.desctopsticker.net [213.148.6.82] appears to be
hosted by ComIntern, Moscow.  The domain DESCTOPSTICKER.NET is
registered with Go Daddy, Cave Creek, Arizona.  According to
<URL:https://registrar.godaddy.com/regAgreement.asp>, Go Daddy
domain customers have agreed not to use their domains for the
transmission of unsolicited e-mail.  It looks to me as if a
breach of that rule has occurred.

Would each of you please be so kind as to provide me with your
opinion on the case?  Have you considered it, have you taken any
kind of action (besides telling SpamCop that you have taken some
action), and what action is that, more specifically?

ComIntern, you may have valid reasons for not taking action
against the website owner, but if so, please let me know your
reasons.
