PRICES
The cost of the book is 250 SEK. Shipping charges will be added. 6% VAT will be added for private customers within the European Union, and for Swedish private companies.

ORDERING

* Please place your order by e-mailing the following information to Ingegerd.Wass@it.uu.se :
- The number of copies that you would like to order
- Your name and address, to send the books to (please clarify: given name / family name)
- The name and address of the receiver of the invoice (please clarify: given name / family name)
- Your home address, and also your birthdate, birthmonth and birthyear -  if you order as a private person.
   (For Swedish customers: home address and civil registration number = personnummer.)
- Your VAT number - if the book is ordered by a university or a company
- Way of payment (preferably by credit card)

* We will send the ordered copies to you by air mail, directly after receiving your order.

PAYMENT – how to handle the invoice
Our finance administration office will send you the invoice separately.
The invoice will be needed whichever way of payment you choose.

A) Payment by credit card
When you have received the invoice, please write down the following information directly on the invoice:
- your credit card number
- expiry date
- the card holder's signature

Then please return the invoice to us, preferably

1) by fax, to fax number: +46-18-511925, attn. Ms. Katarina Lindroth
or
2) by a scanned copy to the email address Katarina.Lindroth@it.uu.se

If you are unable to use any of the above two alternatives,
please send the invoice by air mail to:

Then, after some time, the sum will be drawn from your credit card.

B) Payment by bank transfer
All information needed for carrying through a national or international bank transfer,
