I began my PhD studies at the Division of Scientific Computing, Department of Information Technology, Uppsala University, in september 2006.I am part of the Waves and Fluids research group and I work on a new Discontinuous Galerkin method for extending vertex-centered FVM-codes (Edge) to higher orders. My primary advisor is Martin Berggren and my secondary is Jan Nordström.
My position is mainly financed by FMB, the Graduate School in Mathematics and Computing, and partly by ADIGMA, an EU project focusing on the development of the next-generation CFD-solvers. I also teach in courses about scientific computing.
