Adaptive mesh refinement for both one way coupled and two way coupled
problems will be considered. The main purpose is to pinpoint the problems with
the error estimation for two way coupled problems and how to solve it. In
particular, approximate duals obtained by an iterative algorithm will be
considered and numerical results show that often relatively few iterations are
needed for the approximate dual solutions to yield satisfactory error
indicators.
