PerObjectEllipsefit (POE) - An adaptive per object thresholding algorithm based ellipse fit

PerObjectEllipsefit is a freely distributed tool for daptive per object thresholding, implemented as plugins to ImageJ and CellProfiler. This software was developed at the Centre for Image Analysis, Uppsala University. A description of PerObjectEllipsefit can be found in this publication:
