Added two battle riders, the 90'000 dt Wolverine
and the 160'000 dt Razorback, to the shipyard.
Both designs are much larger than canonical battle riders but that is required to mount
any kind of meaningsful spinal mount (i.e. better than a battery of ten 750Mj lasers).
There are also two new dreadnoughts,
the 400'000 dt Redepemtion Slow Dreadnought and
the 550'000 dt Resolve Dreadnought, both based
on the same general design as the Razorback. I also did some link maintainance on the
Jump Routes page (3 sites had moved).
January 10, 2001
Most the designs (except a few marked as "not updated") had to be updated after I noticed
a couple of bugs in Andrew Akins spreadsheet.
I have added four new ship designs to the shipyard. These are the
400 dt Black Knight System Defence Boat,
400 dt Goalkeeper Close Escort,
20 dt Lightning Fighter and the
20 dt Stormbringer Missile Bomber.
Other new additions are the 1 dt Crystal Ball Sensor Drone,
the 9.5 dt Vhint Area Jammer Drone and three different nuclear detonation
pumped laser missiles, the 2 m3 Spike,
the 3.5 m3 Rampage and the
7 m3 Sledgehammer.
MCS stats for the Swift, Jack-in-the-Box, Pathfinder and the Missile Delivery Vehicle
have also been added to the Shipyard.

The Mengingjord has been revisited by the
design team. To supplement the (now smaller) Mengingjord class the same design team has
cooked up a little something they call the 900'000dt
"Recurrent Glory"-class. The 400 dt Swift Military Courier
and the 400 dt Munin Reconnaissance Vessel have also been
completed. MCS statistics are now availible for the Recurrent Glory, Munin and Vigilant-classes.
November 16, 2000
Today Dimashq wips out a massive can of whooop-ass in the form of the
800'000 dt "Mengingjord" Super Dreadnought. MCS
statistics for the Mengingjord and the
"Fighting Tiger Limpet"-class commerce raider
have also been posted.

A new iteration of the 7G Experimental Destroyer Escort is finally done. A large trading vessel, suitible for background color and bughunts, in the form of the
10'000 dt "Tennura"-class Modular Freighter have also
been added. I have designed the UP-2 3 dt Rescue Pod to
supplement the UP-4 long endurance recue pod. Also new to the shipyard is the
unmanned fight^H^H^H^H^H (ahum) Missile Delivery Vehicle (MDV).
August 14, 2000
Some more designs are ready ranging from the new and improved "Pathfinder" Stretched S-class scout to the 400 dt "Jack in the Box" Query Ship (a warhip maskerading as a trader) and the 400 dt "Grishun" Far Trader the "Jack in the Box" is maskerading as.
August 11, 2000
Another budget fighter design. This time it is a high acceleration concept armed with a
Xray laser. I don't know yet if it is a good idea or not but that have never stopped me before so here is the "Tornado"-class fighter.
June 4, 2000
I'm designing some ships for a Battle Rider or Military Combat System scenario. The red
player gets a "Fighting Tiger Limpet" and the blue player will get a escort, some traders
and a couple of "Hurricane"-class Multirole fighters.
May 24, 2000
I have added my THUDDD 12 entry, the
"Fighting Tiger Limpet"-class commerce raider,
to my shipyard. New on the vehicle page is a
section for TL8 army I'm working on.
Right now most of it isn't in HTML format (the same could be said about
the whole website too) or even finished but there are some weapons on
the AAM, AGM, SAM and SSM pages.
March 13, 2000
Added my huge table of battery modifiers
for all the fellow gearheads out there.

December 1999
I have added guns, guns, guns and even more guns to the
weapons page. If I only would get around to html format all the other designs I have...
Summer of 99
During the summer I have added a 9.5 dt
Light Recon, a Long Endurance Rescue Pod
and the 200 dt Fast Yacht.
January 30, 1999
Added the 7G Experimental Destroyer Escort
to the shipyard.

Summer and Autumn 1998
Due to a harddrive failure in October all work since June is forever lost. I will take the
opportunity to redo the few pages that survived the crash (they were on floppy) and move the
timeline from M0 (year 0 in T4 Marc Miller's Traveller) to somewhere around 1100-30.
This will however take some time and Progress Starbase will not be operational until
sometime 1999 (I've alot to do in school).
May 19, 1998
At last it happend. I found Corel Draw in a box on top of my closett and redid the
*all* the grapics and changed the name of the page to Starbase Progress because I
found another Gateway page on the Internet (the sect in the US not included).
March 14, 1998
Edited the starfield background and added a new link.
A new design, the System Defence Boat "Black Knight"
was added to the Shipyard. I did some editing of the
icons and did some spell checking on most of the pages.
January 25, 1998
Added even more buttons, played around a little with the layout and changed some of the backgrounds.
The Police Patrol Grav Car (lost in HD crash) was added to the
Vehicle Guide.
January 23, 1998
Added backgrounds, buttons and improved the layout. 2 new sections,
What's new and
About Gateway where also added.
Information on the Pirate Interdiction Cruiser (lost in HD crash) and
a new link was added.
January 22, 1998
The Day with capital D. The Gateway Starbase is online. The graphics are a little sparse yet
and there's very little information online ;).
