Subject: perfctr-2.7.21.2 released

Version 2.7.21.2 of perfctr, the Linux performance monitoring
counters kernel extension, is now available at the usual
place: http://user.it.uu.se/~mikpe/linux/perfctr/2.7/

PAPI CVS had some updates which perfctr-2.7.21.1 didn't have,
which caused some merging problems for PAPI. Hence this resync.

Version 2.7.21.2, 2007-10-14
- Updated to support kernel 2.6.23.
- Merged POWER6 updates from PAPI CVS.
