Version 2.7.12 of perfctr, the Linux performance monitoring
counters kernel extension, is now available at the usual

- Header cleanups: Moved declarations for things now unused
  in the kernel from the kernel headers to the user-space
  library. Changed kernel declarations of kernel/user-space
  API structures to use explicitly-typed integer types.
- Removed unused /sys/class/perfctr/cpu_type file.
