Climbing in Stockholm

Me leading the mix traverse Tors platta(4), an air-ternative end to the mixed Direttissiman(4+/5) in Häggsta.

All but the two first pictures are from Skevik. A lot of crags in Stockholm are beautifully placed next to the water, convenient to combine swimming and climbing on the scorching (~30 degrees C) summer days.

Going out on the traverse.

Murky waters did at least not make us more dirty.

The grades in Skevik started at 6b using the french scale. Magnus Andersson doing a tricky start on an unnamed arete between Land som stiger(6c) and Reach boys(7b+).

Magnus leading the rebolted Myrlingen(6a+). Torbjörn also led a couple of routes but noone took photos then.

Dark picture of Torbjörn at Myrlingen.

Is the flash working?

This is probably Icones(6c+) but there are heaps of routes in this area.

I like going second on routes this hard and happily belayed Magnus all the way.

Brr.

I was able to excel in at least one area ;-)
