The economic map of the 1880's.

The original maps were drawn in 1883-1895, but not published at the time, only used as a source for creating hundred maps [häradskartor] in a smaller scale. In an effort to disseminate the more detailed, now historic, information available in the originals, they were first printed in 1991.

Värmland is covered by 227 sheets in scale 1:20,000 (70x50 cm, of which the map area is 60x45 cm). Price (1994, in Sweden) is 75 SEK/sheet, or 8,800 SEK for the entire set. Postage and handling not included. For sheet layout information and current prices, write to
